Important: Switch Your Fitbit to Google
Fitbit is now part of Google. All Fitbit customers must move their Fitbit account to a Google Account by January 2, 2026. After this date, you will no longer be able to sign in with a legacy Fitbit account and any data still on Fitbit's servers will be deleted.
Connect Fitbit to the HealthyLife® Portal
Connect Fitbit
To connect Fitbit to your wellness account on the HealthyLife® portal, please follow the steps below:
1. From Your Phone
- Download
Fitbit from Apple Store or Google Play.
- Open the Fitbit app
- Tap Account
- Tap Set Up Device
- Follow Fitbit's guide to sync your device with your phone
2. Inside the HealthyLife® portal
- Log in to the HealthyLife® Portal
- Choose Track from the top menu
- In the Devices & Apps section, select Click to allow access to your Fitbit activity
- Log in to Fitbit with your newly created Fitbit account
Why start from the portal?
The first-time handshake stores a secure token that lets your Fitbit stats flow straight into your wellness dashboard. Going to Fitbit.com directly (outside the portal) won’t create the necessary connection to pair with your wellness account.
Keep Things in Sync - Resync Fitbit
- On the Home → Track page you’ll see a Fitbit widget.
- If you ever notice stale numbers, press Resync—that forces an immediate data pull.
- The widget also shows the last successful sync date and a quick link to your Fitbit Dashboard.
Disconnect Fitbit (if you ever need to)
Open the Fitbit app on your phone.
Tap your profile picture → Account.
Choose Manage access to account / Connected Apps.
Select HealthyLife (or the portal name) and tap Revoke Access.
Back in the HealthyLife Portal, refresh the page—your Fitbit token will be cleared.
You can reconnect at any time by repeating the steps in Connect Fitbit
